Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time in order for us to provide you with the optimal spa and salon experience.

Reservations
A major credit card or gift certificate may be required to hold your reservation. All walk-ins are welcome and we do our best to accommodate walk-in appointments, however advanced reservations are recommended to ensure you can be seen at the time you wish. For large groups, at least 2 weeks notice is recommended.

Cancellations
When canceling or rescheduling a reservation, please give us 48 hours notice. This will prevent any billing of your credit card or gift certificate. Reservations cancelled without appropriate notice are due in full. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, to schedule other appointments, and maintain a higher availability of our services.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product please let us know within two weeks of purchase. Simply bring in your receipt for an exchange of product or a spa credit valid towards any purchase at Myth Salon & Day Spa.

Children
Myth Salon & Day Spa is a place of relaxation for all clients. Please make other arrangements for your children while you are at Myth Salon & Day Spa.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be exchanged for services or products before the expiration date. There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates. To ensure the availability of appropriate staff, service changes must be made prior to the time and date of appointments. Late arrivals and no shows, will forfeit the portion of the package missed.

Valuables
Thank you for keeping your valuables at home. Myth Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
